I am thrilled to be your child's science teacher this school year.

I graduated from Louisana State University with a degree in Biology and a concentration in Secondary Education.  I have many ideas and innovative means of presenting my love of science to your child.  I enjoy the investigation of science and my primary goal for teaching is to produce future scientist.

I believe education is a process that teaches an individual how to evaluate experiences and interpret those experiences into applications for everyday life. This prepares them for growth personally, professionally, mentally, spiritually, which ever facet of their life they deem it necessary to grow in.  As a teacher, my focus is to teach them to learn.  Students must derive their own meaning of life, and I am there to guide them to that meaning.
