Volunteer Form

Parents we need your time in many areas of the school.  Please check the opportunities listed below

Don't forget to sign the Volunteer Service Log when beginning and ending service hours. 

Service hours can be logged for participating in school fundraising efforts, including planning meetings and preparations;  travel to and from the volunteer site; and time preparing for a volunteer activity.

AMERICAN HISTORY

Ms. Melancon – 7th Grade American History teacher, would like assistance at any time during the school day in tutoring in American History and making bulletin boards.  Ms. Melancon will provide supervision, support and appreciation so that the volunteer(s) can perform assigned duties effectively.  Please contact Ms. Melancon at smelancon3@ebrschools.org to volunteer.

LIBERATURE

Ms. Calvery – 6th & 7th grade Literature teacher, would like assistance in designing and making a bulletin board for the 6th grade hallway in March.  Mrs. Calvery will provide supervision, support and appreciation so that the volunteer(s) can perform assigned duties effectively.  Please contact Ms. Calvery at lcalvery@ebrschools.org to volunteer

SCIENCE

Mr. Wormuth – 8th grade Science teacher, would like assistance on Mondays making copies for his science classes.  Mr. Wormuth will provide supervision, support and appreciation so that the volunteer(s) can perform assigned duties effectively.  Please contact Mr. Wormuth at rwormuth@ebrschools.org to volunteer.

Health & P.E.

Mr. Daigle –  8th grade Health & PE Teacher, would like assistance in designing and putting up November Bulletin Board for 8th Grade Hallway.  Mr. Daigle will provide supervision, support and appreciation so that the volunteer(s) can perform assigned duties effectively.  Please contact Mr. Daigle at charlesdaigle@bellsouth.net.

Speech Therapist

Ms. Rucci – 6th, 7th, & 8th grade Speech Therapist, would like assistance on Fridays, with clerical duties (making copies, shredding documents, making/setting up files, posting information to website and notifying parents of IEP meetings.)  Ms. Rucci will provide supervision, support and appreciation so that the volunteer(s) can perform assigned duties effectively.  Please contact Ms. Rucci at Mrucci@ebrschools.org to volunteer.
