This club is by invitation only.  Even if they anticipate being invited to be a member of the Beta Club, they are to join another club.  The Beta Club does not meet on club day.  Therefore, those students in Beta may also be in another club.  Executive council members will meet during club days.

All students who are student council representatives are expected to attend the Student Council Meetings in the school library.  If a representative was assigned to another club, his/her obligations to Student Council come first.  If the representative is absent the day of a scheduled meeting, it is the responsibility of the alternate to attend.
